Hello, I'm staying with my family and my visitor status is soon to expire; I want to extend my stay but I was wondering if any of you knows if working remotely for a company in your home country is allowed in Canada. I'm trying to describe why I intend to stay longer and how I'll be supporting myself... Although I've received full support from my family I've been working remotely and I don't know if that's something not allowed while having a visitor status...

I appreciate any advise on this...

As long as the remote work you do is not paid by a company in Canada.
