Plese Help Me

I am unskill worker( Security Guard) at Edmonton. My workpermit and LMO going to expired on OCT , My Employer willing to extend my contact again for 2 years. kindly advice me How can i do this step by step . plese.

Do I need New LMO  for same employer ?
Do I need to go back  my country for 4 month before apply my new workpermit?

Please anyone help me

well i've been doing a bit of reading and i came across the cic website for lower skill workes so u fall in that category of C & D and in the FAQ sections it says u can apply to have ur permit extended with the same employer for another 2 yrs so i dont think u have to return to ur home country
