Hey!

About me:
I'm here on IEC program and my visa will expire in April 2012. I'm working for almost 4 months as Computer Programmer in Toronto.

I found on HRSDC website information about requirements about this position and they require:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or in another discipline with a significant programming component
or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.

I worked in Poland for 4 years as Computer Programmer and in Canada for 4 months but i don't have diploma.

Anyone know is anybody checking these requirements? I mean... my employer doesn't care about my diploma because I'm doing good job.

The lawyer said it's possible to extend this visa but I'm trying to find more details about this diploma requirement.

Does anyone had to send copy of diploma (bachelor degree) to extend the work permit?

Thanks for any help!
