Explanation of Education Requirement

Dear All:

The following two are the options of Education Level selection:

Obtained two or more university degrees at the bachelor's level and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies    

Obtained a master's or Ph.D. and completed at least 17 years of full-time education or full-time equivalent studies


What is the meaning of using "And" term? I mean for example: I have completed Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). However my total length of Full-time equivalent study is 17 years. But without Master's it is 16 years. Hence, in which type I belong? Does the second option in the above mean 17 years including Master's or excluding Master's? Plsssss help.

most likey, but u need to show proofs that u hve indeeed completed these degrees...but when computing for educational points better to be conservative about it 'cause the VO might only give u lesser points.
