Expiry Of Medical Soon - ADVICE NEEDED

Hello everyone,

I would like to have your opinion as my case is different from all of you.

I'm a Quebec skilled applicant.

CSQ received in december 2009.

Applied federal in March 2010 and file number received in March itself.

Medical received in June 2010 and same done in July 2010.

Passport submitted in August 2010 as requested by nairobi embassy.

Waited for passport return but never received same.

I asked my representative to contact the embassy but he asked me to wait.

In March 2011, i took it on myself and email the embassy.

I was surprised to know that a further medical was requested in September 2010 but i never received same nor did my representative.

On the 3rd of June 2011 i submitted my further medical and until now no news.

My dependents medical will expired on the 19th of July 2011.

I send immigration two emails but no response yet.

Dear forum members please advise what to do or what might happened in my situation?

I will advice you to wait till you hear from relevant VO. if you are too curious you can go and do medicals before any instruction but the catch is you don't know when VO will request PP.

My passports are with them since August 2010.

that's too long, they shouldn't hold your passport for this long or as you said that you didn't received a request of meds from them earlier. You did medicals again on 3rd of June, 2-4 weeks are needed to update system with new medical results. Then add another 2-3 weeks for visa. I strongly believe that your dependent will need to do medicals again. Be little brave and do it in advance, if you need med forms PM me. I have blank copy. it might speed up process otherwise 4-6 extra weeks after dependent medicals.
