Hello all

My parents immigrated to Canada in 2000. Though neither of them ever stayed in the country. They would use the immigration to come to Canada to visit me from time to time. But never did they even file a tax return - which I know is incorrect. Their PR card finally has expired, but they are looking to visit me this summer. They are ok with declaring their residency as long as they can get a long term visit visa.

They reside in Bahrain and their closest embassy is in Abu Dhabhi. Do they need to do something special to apply from their visit visa?

Please help

many thanks
