Expired AEO while application in process

Hi seniors please someone confirm wither its true or not, what if my AEO get expired and my application in process
or i applied before the expiry date, my application reached CIO 30-June-11 still no PER from them, i afraid after my file reach Visa office and they will
ask for new valid AEO!! my AEO will expire this 17-Sep-2011, will vo ask for new valid AEO and how hrsdc approve a new AEO
it take more than 1 year these days to get AEO approved, am really worried!

How long is a AEO valid for.

Unfortunatly its for one year, btw I asked my lawyer yesterday he said ths is not true, once u applied and ur aeo is valid vo will not ask for valid offer.

I applied in December 2009 and My AEO expired on 30-August-2011.

It means I applied 22 months before it was get to expire and I am still in process.

I was in assumption that VO usually don't ask to get it renewed but, I just found that it depends on VO, sometimes they ask to get it renewed from HRSDC again.

Well that is too bad! 22 months its too long to wait for medical, I hope soon u hear good news, am so afraid if my application review is negitive( am gone) !! I can't apply again, my aeo will get expire on 17-Sep this month.. I should get file # by now.

The validity of AEO is about for 4 years... Why didn't you apply earlier?

That was b4 but now its for one year only and that makes me sick why me, I got approval last sep 17, 2010 and expiry date is 17 sep 2011, I don't no why I got it for one year and most my friends got for two yrs, btw I applied from jan 2011, twice returnd back from cio after 3 months their mistake only, without checking they send it back cus they thought its fsw1 application as accontant, it was very clear it was job offer application ,than again waste of two month bcus employer paper was missing stating that he will hire me once pr issued, I losed all this months for no reason , once bcus of cio damn mistakes and once for my damn consulutant mistake, am so afraid now any mistake from both side am gone!! But if cio did it again blv me ill not keep quit ill apeal.
