I did not recive anything from sydnye yet I have just file # from visa office and they told me I have just one month left. my full doc. is not ready and my 120 days will be expire....
so can I resign it  again? and start all over again?
Please help me what can I do?

How can you have a file # from your visa office when you have not submitted your complete application yet?

If i were you I would find out where they sent the letter requesting your full application. If they made a mistake then maybe they can fix the problem, but if it was your mistake then you better send all the info within the 120 day period.

I sent application for FSW at sydney on May, caz I did not recived anything yet I emailed visa office and they emailed me back the letter (asking to submit full application to visa office till 120 days) sent out 3 months ago and they gave me just my file #. I prepard in advance some of my doc. but my IELTS exam is not ready to meet my dead line.
what do you think I have to do??
