HI,
I experienced a similar issue when i applied for the FBI record. I called FBI customer service and explained the issue. I was asked to confirm my details by writing a letter. I got the name and customer service rep. reference number when i spoke and, then the letter was signed and  emailed to her by an attachment. (Her name was Amy # 11230).

Hi,
That is a question you may want to ask from the FBI's CSR. They will advise you accordingly. However, You may have them send you the FBI clearence report to new address, but for verification of your personal details which were initally noted in your FBI application, you are required to mention the previous address( wrong address) and explain them that you want a new report to be delivered to new address. Before you request a new clearence, please call FBI customer service.

Good luck
