ok here is where i stand ...i been waiting 4 an interview date since july 25 2011 and the meds will be expiring on oct 15   how long u think i will get a date? cause srilanka processing time is 13 months..this month will be the 9th month since file reached srilanka they started the process on the same day they reiceved it..
 
other thing that i noticed on my caips note the officer who handled my file he put a bring forward date for december 26
but when i check their website they are closed december 26 and 27....so no way they will be able to view my file on that date...  what will happen guys anyone please help me out...the e-mail that i got from them last week stating that our file is in Q for interview and once our file number comes up we will contact you...

and one more thing since his meds will be done october 15 and also his police clearance ....shall we go ahead and redo them with them requesting it?  so that we can save some time.. pls some one help..

IMO you just have to sit and wait for interview once you get interview you may bring PCC and meds that time should you opt to redo before prompt and thats assuming the interview will end favourably as for the BFD those dates are holidays but that may be the time or close to it that u will get notice about interview but as you mention you are on month 9 of a 13 mth avg process so you do still have 4 months until you are outside the 13 mth avg

thanks 4 ur reply.......if i understand u..u mean even if we redo our pcc and meds keep it with us till we go to the interview then hand it in? or after doing it just send it to the embassy....

I mean again my opinion and what i would do bcuz normally they ask for you to bring in proof etc so you can bring it in when you have the interview and hand it in again assuming its favourable
