Hi,
I want to apply for skill immigration within few days.details are given below;
Education:MBA
Age:31
Experiance:7years
Married and wife completed BBA,1 son-15 months
Category:1122
I have Arranged AEO
IELTS: L-6.5,W-5,S-5.5,R-5
My question to my seniors:
Can I apply for skill migration with this IELTS RESULT for 1122.?
My total point is more than pass mark.
Please advice me. ...
Pls guide me....

U can apply but the cap for 1122 is full already so u have to wait till July when it will be open again

If you have sufficient points than I see no reason for rejection. Make sure your employment is genuine and improvise on your English.
Yes, cap Already filled up.that's why I am going to apply with arrange employment.I want to know my Ielts result is ok or not for 1122 category.please suggest me....

Dear Futurecanada,
NOC 1122 has reached the cap but the applicants with an AEO can still file their case under this NOC.
So your points will be:
Age: 10
Education: 25
Experience: 21
Language: 07
Spouse Qualification: 04
AEO: 10
TOTAL: 77
Required pass points are 67. So you are qualifying quite comfortably. So don't waste your time. Send your application to CIO, Nova Scotia immediately.

Some people are saying that ielts score should be moderate(every category greater than 5.5) for 1122 coz it's for managerial jobs and I have also arranged a managerial jobs(Asst manager). Is it true?
Should I apply or again go for Ielts exam?
Pls help me....

Obviously its better to perform better in IELTS exam but it will not affect your application. Occupations which have direct interaction with community like teaching need better score typically. As you have nothing to worry of CAPS, you can update your score. |

Wrong.
with score lower than 6 in more than 2 sections requires applicant to have a better score.
