Please have a look at my experience. Does it look OK?

You have to mention the name of the Company ( not "another company") and name of University.

what do you mean when you say "Does it look OK?"? your best bet is to look at the following website to see if you are performing a substantial amount of these duties as your main duties. no matter what you title is, if you believe this is what you do on daily basis, you should give it a try.

What I mean is that the periods of activities overlap.

I've been working for one company since 2004 full-time, but this year I became a partner and a director in another company.
However since it is a Hong Kong (it is just on papers) company I spent actually very little time taking care of its affairs.
