Hi,

If you are not able to get Job Description letter from your employer then while sending the full documents you can mention on a plain paper your Job Description and prepare Affidavit on which you can mention all the problems which you are facing including your Job Description letter and get it attested from notary public.

This will help you sort out the issue. Make sure that your statement mention on the Affidavit is true.

Best of luck. Cool

Dear all

I have the same proplem as my experiance letter shows the period and the title , so asked them for the Job description so they give it to me in a separate sheet on the company paper and stampled

the JD is stamped but the experiance letter is stamped and signed by HR senior

does this will lead to any proplem ??  Embarrassed

Hi all,

Needed some advice urgently. My HR department is ready to issue a letter, giving designation, salary and job duties. But they will issue it only for university purposes and not for visa. I guess I have only one option.

1) get the letter, for university, and explain this to CHC in a seperate letter?

Please suggest if this is what the best policy will be

Thanks,
Inexperienced

Dear Inexperienced,
you just  take  from your  office a detail job duties letter its  no need to  mention  to immigration. It will  be a expreance letter.
Thanks
