Experience question
«

I worked as a transport supervisor as from
1998 to 2003
.That makes it
5 years
working experience.I
hold
proper qualifications for this post
.
The company closed down thus I had to make a move.I started
teaching English
as a second language in a non English speaking country.I however
hold NO teaching qualifications
. I am not a teacher by profession. I have been doing this job as from
2004 to 2008
. That makes it
4 years
teaching experience.
I
made my PR application in 2007
.Now, supposing I am asked to hand in my documents in say 2010, Will I be expected to state my work experience gained within 10 years i.e 2001 - 2010 ?
Having handed in my application in 2007,Can I be able to claim 4 years of working experience as a transport supervisor gained within 10 years i.e 1998 to 2007 (year of PR application)?
Both jobs appear on the NOC list but then as a teacher one is expected to hold atleast a bachelor's degree.I hold a 3 year National Diploma in Business Administration.

it doesnt matter what qualification you hold as long as you have the qualificatio for which you are claiming points.
your work experience need not be that one n which you have studied.
since u have the qualification as well as the work experience, show all the work experience papers you have.
i mean lets say from 2001-2010 as it will be better and it proves you are still working.
hope it helps.
take care and god bless :)
also, if you are in doubt, ask an immigration laywer.

I applied as an IT specialist with 4 years work experience but my degree is not in IT. I was approved though.

I am not an immigration lawyer nor do I work for immigration. I do not have the powers to speed up your application nor can I get you an AEO, LMO, job, house, puppy or anything else.
