Experience & Non-relevant Education - Qorax Comments required

Dear Qorax

I want to apply and NOC code 4152 Social worker but i dont have relevant education regarding that job. I did this job in 2004 and 2006 mean while i was doing my bachlors in IT. After completing my education in IT I started a job in multinational telecommunication company as customer services. While doing job in customer services I started my MBA in finance. in 2009 i was promoted as executive in the department of Sales & distribution and then again promoted as specalist of a product. Now my question from you is that whether i am eligible for the above stated noc code or not ? If you can see my whole career is a mix of different things so i want your guidance regarding the issue that can i apply ? i also fall in NOC code 1122 in my current job but as you can see that noc code is filled very quickly so right now i dont have any other option.
