While you can mention both, you cannot claim points on both. The maximum points anyway are 21 and they are awarded on the basis of the skills you have mentioned in the application.

u can mention ur experience in both the categories. it was in my case also. before my post grad i mentioned 3112 exp and later on i had done my postgrad. then i was in 3111. though i fulfilled the exp criteria in 3111 n had max points but i also mentioed 3112 exp as a grad doctor also. there is no harm.also when u mention all ur exp and there's continuity it gives a good look to ur profile.

I have good experience on different NOC Code, my position match 4 positions in NOC 0213 computer and information systems managers and some experience is in NOC 228 technical occupations in computer information systems.
but my consultant told me to show in NOC 0213 because another NOC 0228 is no more..
