The question is simple. Do you have 67 points? If yes then you are fine.
You can apply under NOC631, as long as you have at least one year experience and your job duties match the ones stating on the NOC page. You will have to provide evidence such as payslips, employment contract and reference letter.
I'm afraid that the cap is already reached for NOC631 for this year. And if not, it will be reached this week. Unless you have a job offer, you will have to wait and see if this NOC will be again in the list after 26th of June.

You can apply for FSW in category restaurant managers even though you have BCom( your experience should match as per hrsdc). Your ITI certificates shall be an advantage as they indicate your training in the food and restaurant business.
But unfortunately NOC 0631 is nearing capacity of 1000 applicants, so by the time you have done your ielts and other documentation the category will be closed.

There is category 6241 and 6242(cooks and chefs) which can be of interest if you have experience.
