Hello!

I am a physio and I am planning to apply for the FSW visa by the end this week. I am have a query and it is regarding experience certificate for my spouse.
In the last ten years, she has worked with several different employers and it would be a daunting task to get reference from all of them. Hence, my question is, must we produce experience certificate for the dependant as well? Anyway, we mention their work history in the personal history section of the background declaration form. Also, in the check list it says experience certificate for the principal applicant but nothing about dependant. I appreciate your valuable suggestions.   Undecided

Many thanks,
Tim Hunter.

If your spouse is not the principal applicant, no need to submit her work experience certificate. But for future use, it's better to have it on hand in case she will need it when applying job in Canada.  Wink

Hello!
I have a question regarding time in the country residence. My current country of residence is The UK. I came here in 2009 on student visa to study at a Uni here and I completed my course in due course. Currently,I am on a post-study work visa. Hence, my question is what do I put in my from dates? Is it going to be from 2009 or 2001 the year I got my current visa?

Regards,
Tim.

In my opinion, you should mention worker status.

Thanks mate. It's the Generic application form and section 10, titled current country of residence. The country is England and my status now is worker. The problem is with the from dates. My current visa dates are 16/03/2011 to 16/03/2013. However, I have been resident since 11/09/2006. Hence, which one I shall put in the from date the 2006 date or the 2011 date ? I have notary attested copy of my current visa. Do I also have to show them all my previous visa copies and entry, exits in my passport?
Cheers!
