Expedite faster PR due to sponsor medical condition

I applied for my fiance at the end of April 2011, we have now found out that I have a heart condition and may require treatment that I won't be able to work for a period of time.  I desperately need him to be able to work and support the family.How do I communicate this to CIC to help them expedite our file or at least get them to transfer to local office?

From everything I've read, there's no way to do this.

A transfer to local office means longer processing, assuming you applied inland.
