I was asked to send some documents and deadline was 15th Sept. 2010 (end of 60 days); I have already sent the documents & as per tracking service docs were received by VO a week back.

- I hope my document will be added to my file (pasted the file no. sticker on covering letter)
- Since 15th sept is last day mentioned to me to send the documents, would VO re-check my file with in a week of dead line or it would be up to VO availbility; or they re-check the file after certain days; any idea?

I am trying to figure out when next action (hopefully medical) can be expected form VO.

Regards.

I believe in this scenario they dont wait for the BFD (deadline to submit docs in their system) and put these into process as soon as they get them

thanks a lot for reply....

Contrary to above reply, I think, they do not take any action before BFD, e.g. person one might be responsible to add new documents to file, and person two responsible to take action on file and look into new documents, so person two might wait till BFD...

can anyone else also please comment on my question?

regards.

i guess it depends if the docs r off urgent nature. They will b updated urgently. Moreover bfd is an estimate when ur file will b opened and ur turn can come before on or even after bfd. Best of luck
