I want to know, If I have an existing 2007 file for Canada Immigration & if I attached Job Offer to the same, how long it will take to open the file & getting the Visa? My case is filed in New Delhi. I mean how fast it will be processed?

I beleive it won't speed up the process if that's what you are asking. As far as a time estimate it is hard to calculate one different from what CIC provides in their website. If you qualify inder new NOC's you might want to try to place a new appplication parallel to the other one. Applications under new regulations at ND are taking around 7 months
