CHC is sending remedical request to only remedical, what about
those of 2004 who are still waiting 4 first medical request. How
long we have to wait??
this is the exhaustive WAITING........ anyhow we should continue to pray to GOD........after clearance of remed.. u will get ur med..... |

I had same situation which put my application to backlog, I emailed, faxed, called to request further information on my case, no responses.
but it is really helpful after I hire a canadian attorney, procedure is much faster after my attorney interfere.
I am finally landing after 6 years waiting. (God, it only took half a year for my friend to get PR, what can you do, it happens)
In this tough case, Do find some experienced lawyer to help you if you really want to immigrate canada.

things r quite clear now.Delay 4 2008-2010 cases & more delay 4 2004 -2007 cases.so wait & wait....... |

in 2004 it was 36-40 mon in 2008 itwas 72 mon , in 2011 85 mon ............. NOOOOOO COOOOOOMENTS... |
