My dear dear!! I landed Canada in March 2012.I started this forum to share sentiments and informations ,because I was depressed at that moment. Allah helped and I got through. Allah is Razzak,what and where, NOT Kenny. Do you think Canada is sole place to live? No IT is if Allah agrees. So my brother don;t lose patience.Continue your routine normal in Pakistan, if Allah agrees you will be in Canada somehow. Kenny has proposed backlog solution,not finalized I am sure your turn is soon. I pray for you & you pray for yourself.

thankyou for replying dr munir and wishing goodluck )) .i wish i get medicals i m doing my routine in pak as i ve no other choice ::)but this background cheque already 8 yrs ve passed were they sleeping . i m a dr so wht security threat ican be i wonder . well i m afraid tht if they ve passed this bill of baqcklog reduction god forbids.

I am a Nov. 2004 applicant, had my first medical Feb. 2009, got refused June 2009. I filed a Judicial Review and fortunately won. They (CEM) ask me to update my file and was given a new file no. Had my 2nd medical last Jan 2012, my Ecas status is Medical Received since March 2012.
Praying fervently for PPR to arrive soon.

In 99% of cases the refusals,if any,after the medicals are made due to security or medical concerns. |

I'm sep-2004applicant and I got my CAIPS in Mar-2012, according to CAIPS my SELDEC is o and only they have given me 71 points..today I received an email from CHC london and in this email they required updated Scedule-A forms, prove of funds and police report in 30 days..................
