I am a 2004 applicant and I have sent the updated info.I have submitted IELTS in 2004 and I have just mailed a copy of previous IELTS results.
I want to ask If there is any need to retake and send a new one.

Thanks for the info.
I applied in Sep 2004.
File transferred to CHC London 30th june 2010.
Received a letter for updated info in Nov 2010.Submitted the documents in December.
Waiting for Medical request

Dear ur case is same as mine, the big difference
is that they send me a mail in Nov 2010 for documents
which I did'nt get , and Then I send documents after a conflict
in july 2011.

How was ur conflict resolved ?
I mean u sent the papers after deadline did u talk to someone in embassy regarding this ?
Actually this happened with my cousin and he never got the letter through postal mail instead CHC emailed him,of which he was not aware.So he never sent the updated info.
Now 2 days back he received the rejection letter and now he is planning to file an appeal on this.

Don't make me afraid, I actually send them email in Feb 2011
to tell me the status of my case, on reply they send me a mail
in which they reply to wait for my turn. In July again I e-mailed
on which they reply they hve already send me updated request
in Nov 2010.
I had prove of their all mails in which they said to wait, I send them
for which they reply to send documents.
After 19th july no movement.

ya I have sent my all requested doc to CHC on the basis of their email which i got on july-2011, but when i inquired about the doc receiving confirmation then they replied me that we have lot of pressure and we are in a position to deny or confirm about existence of your application, while on e-cas my application exists...kuch samajh nahi aata in logon ka yaar..................just wait wait and wait
