The deadline for submission of your documents has passed.  A new deadline will not be given.  However, your file is presently open.  Documents received while the file is open will be considered.  Please be aware that processing realities mean that we are not usually able to review applications immediately after the deadline for receipt of documents has passed.  However, do keep in mind that when applications are finally brought before an officer for review, a decision will be taken based on only what has been received by this office at that time. The visa officer will then make a decision, based on the information and documents on your file, to approve your application, refuse it or call you in for an interview.

 

A copy of the letter is attached; you may wish to print the letter for your records.

I think if it wastrue that the sent an e.mail, they would have reminded you in December when you wrote to them.They are just playing with our lives and money. They can even call you , because they have you number on the application. If the date was about to expire they would have called you. I hate when they tell lies like children.

Any way trying writing to them an e.mail as soon as possible.

that they said to wait 4 your turn and keep the correspondence minimum. Really
they are playing with our lives.
How I am managing all documents with police certificate and proof of fund statement
 in 2 or 3 days , that only I know.

I am really tired. This waiting game seems to have no end. I have been waiting for past seven and half year for the PR and it is nowhere to be seen yet.

I had sent my passports to ND on 6 May, 2001, after the medical examination. Then my ECAS status changed to "Decision Made" on 21 June, 2011. I thought ok that's it. Now the wait is over. But it is not. I am still waiting for my passports to be returned.

It is already 3 weeks since the ecas status changed to DM. But still I have got nothing in my hands.
I guess it can take time.

Someone rightly said "When it comes to immigration matters, week is but just a blink of an eye."

Dear Noman,

Right now u r doing the best u can, but one thing bothering me that if visa officer do not accept the document requirement, as you sending your documents after deadline.

Make one thing sure, Make strong justification that u not recived any mail from visa office, and that u mailed several times to chc and this justification should be mailed to (CASE MANAGEMENT BRANCH).

if they accept that the communication error is at their end, then they consider your case otherwise they may close your file as mentioned in every documnet requirement.
