ALL friends....I m feb 2004 applicant,remedicals done march 2011....still no PPR...all plans of life not only mine,also my dependents waiving in air without direction,such.....a.....nerve damaging situation 4 all backlog 2004, CHC Islamabad applicants who have undergone REMEDICALS in 2011.ALL affectees plz share some informations & what to do?

dear u will have to wait still......OR....if u r in a position......reapply under CAP system....which i think , not possible by u......so pray & pray & go on as u r going on................. |

Dear Dr.Munir,
Your Situation is a lot better than many others in India. I have applied in Feb2004 too at Newdelhi.Updated Docs in August2008. any communication with CHC,newdelhi proved to be futile and have been getting a standard reply from them that "Your file is awaiting review by a visa officer". God knows how long a visa officer takes to review one application. THIS IS CANADIAN JUSTICE. Imagine what kind of mindset would people like me and you have if we finally get our PR and land in Canada.(personally i have lost faith in canadian justice system and their politicos).
doctor ji , may be you are a step ahed of many of the Feb 2004 applicants from Newdelhi. please be patient, This is the best you and I could do at this junxture.

dear this is newly launched in june 2011 by Canada immigration with 29 professions, 1000 immig 4 each prof...consult...www. cic.gc.ca Other question...CHC is not consistant with its immig. process,changing it every year or so,leaving past legs helpless,like US.....this is the cause WHY late 2004 people have n't been contacted....What a policy? BUT who m I to argue this procedure? CHC has its own mindset according to Canada;s requirements........ |

dear,immig process is frustration & frustration & even more....one has to fill up new application form 4 spouse[ 4 marriage] ,new baby.........further delay,......how to hold up dependent children ? further frustration........dear where is patience..............?
