I am a citizen of United State, and unfortunately the Canada custom gave me an Exclusion Order, does not allow me to re-enter to Canada for one year.

So, if I want to go to Canada within one year, how can I do it?

Also, if I go to Canada after one year, will they have the record and create a problem to me?

You need to apply for "Permission To Return To Canada" through one of the Canadian visa offices in the U.S.

Yes, they will have your exclusion order on record.  And yes, it could cause them to look closely at the reason you want to enter Canada next time.
