hi  i applied ainp january 2010 . i got my nomination  feb 2011 after i send my file to buffalo for further process they recieved my file 17 feb 2012 after i got my medical 25 oct 2011 medical done 26 oct 2011 then my file transfer buffalo to seattle 9 feb  2012 after i got mail from seattle they new police celerance certificate from dubai ( i worked there ) when i submiited my file i already submitted pcc from dubai and they want  Evidence from the municipal authorities that your birth was not registered (Certificate of Non-Availability) they give me 90 days dubai police certificate takes 3 month what is that  Evidence from the municipal authorities that your birth was not registered (Certificate of Non-Availability) ple help me guys
