i am cheking my e-status from the first of the year it says documents received on the first of january2007
when will turn to In-process or it can stil like this ?

Have you had any movement in your file? If not, I would suggest sending your VO a case specific inquiry. All the best.

yes they sent me to correct some files, and they sent me the bills receipt and the file number then i sent them back the files and they received them in 26/6/2011 , by the way the e-status is your status online

OK, in this case they will go through the documents sent and once they are satisfied will begin the processing of your application. After this your ecase will be updated to 'In Process' and you should then get your medical requests in the next month or so.

plzz i wanna ask u one thing more what is the difference between
1-application received and in process\
N.B: when u click to on the explanation ull see in the field of in process the first paragraph is
 *we received ur application, then
  *we are now cheking your application if it all right and we will send the mising file to resubmission
  * if you need more interview we will inform you about the date and the location

so my question is
 in the e-status (in-process) is the same as (file received )
and thx a lot for you help
