ESL teaching?

Hello,

Does anyone know how easy/difficult it is for experienced ESL teachers from the States to find work in Vancouver?

I know that employers need to prove that there are no Canadians to fill the job, and that Canadians obviously speak English, but I'm hoping that having a lot of ESL teaching experience would count in our favor.
