Error in Application Status Update

Good afternoon.

I'm Nessie from the Philippines.  I checked the status of my application online.  It says that it's " IN PROCESS".  But I was shocked to see the remarks below it saying, "Medical Results already received" when my family and I haven't undergone any medical tests.

Please enlighten me on this one. 

I hope it was just an error.

At least its not bad at all for you to figure out the mistake as it updates something which you not yet done with but for someone its really countdown of tensed period as their status turned from In process to DM which might or might not be a straightforward predicted reason for system error like you!!!! Wish you will get your E cas corrected soon
