Hi, im an international student, i want to ask, i am returning to canada on september 4th 2009, will i be allowed to enter the country and stay even though my student visa expires on september 12th 2009? Please reply quickly

it means brother, so for sure i can enter the country yeah,even if its going to expire a week later? and ofcourse id have to renew it when i leave canada again and want to reenter? Im sorry I just really want to be sure, and i have another question if you could try to answer it for me, its posted up.

I dont see why you cannot enter you been agenuine stundent you know where your school is and you can proof that so dont think it should be a worry where are you from by the way i am sister not a men

Ok am from africa down the south anyway waiting from my study permit to be issue got its stressing the wait !! They requested passport 11 august till now

Yeah me to, i applied for study permit extension, they replied saying they needed some documents, so i sent them the documents and had to reapply, and now im waiting for a reply again, but the problem is im travelling on september 4th and my study permit expires on september 15th, if i didnt get a reply from them before i travel, do you think im allowed to enter canada? I have my passport and everything with me,and proof that I applied and am waiting for there reply.

So u applied in lebanon ??? I dont think should be a problem !!! But you have a pending case already so should think thats okay !!

Thank you so much for your help, i was very worried because i have a 24 hour flight and thought maybe they will send me back to lebanon when i reach, and yes i applied from lebanon. shokran okhty<thank you sister> I hope everything works out for you
