What are the rules / requirements for entering Canada through US boarders, for Canadian PR holders ?

and if I am on a 1 year PR (after filing an appeal ), Should I expect trouble with immigration officers either at the boarder or in airports...?

Please let me know how long the appeal will be taken, because i am planning to appeal the refused Travel document.


Please let me know how much it cost and is there any chances to win the appeal and what is the next step after the appeal.


and i try to entry from US border land to canada what will be happened ?

PLEASE PLEASE advice me i am realy confused and frustrated.

I ve just had thepleasure of dealing with lawyers....andlleast tosay....it is a RIP OFF...

I amnot sure about details for Tracel Document Aplleas....but for mone (Departure Order Appeal), we are talking 6 to 10,000 bucks....
and I am being told it takes 3 years.....

have you tried entering Cabnada through US Land Boarders...??  what documents they ask for...? What are the rules...? do they require PR or pn;y Landing Documnet...?
