Dear...Have patience and wait for further requirements, if any from CHC. It is obvious that your case is IN PROCESS now.

Don't go for further formalities unless asked.

Do not worry about online status ever. Always takes time in updation. In my case, i made last submission in Nov 2009....it was IN PROCESS since August 2009. Received my MEDS in May 2010, than PPR in June 2010 and finally visas in August 2010..............NO CHANGE AT ALL in my status in between.

Funniest part is it changed to DECISION MADE one week after visa stamped Cheesy

So don't worry and keep patience

Gud luk again

Nooo!
Actually, I want more time because I didn't achieve the good score in Ielts. I received Ielts result today and it was disappointing. so, I want to ask if I still have time I will attend the other exam otherwise, they will reject me Cry Cry
my score in last exam is:
L4.5, R4, S5.5, W5
over band: 5

I need 12 points at least to pass 67 points and with these score I get 5 points only!!

What is the solution now!
wait or go to another exam or withdraw and return back my money???

Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

Hi

When you sent your full docs what was your total score including ielts 67 ? or less ? if it was less than 67 then application will be rejected straightaway when it will get in process because you fail to get minimum 67 points. If it was 67 when you applied and now you are only concerned about the ielts score then sit once again and try to improve your result if you get good result before they start processing then send that. I have seen one applicant where he scored more than 70 points total but his ielts score is really low and visa officer gave him 3 chances to re-sit ielts and improve his score so visa officer might give you a chance as well if your overall score is alteast 67 but have less points in IELTS but its just my opinion by looking at other applicant case, visa officer can make a decision with a information in hand so its not guarantee that you will be given a chance but do your best if you have time take chance and re-do IELTS maybe you get good marks before processing start. And if you say you are going to start business there then why you are applying under NOC ? they need people in Canada for this NOC so telling them about your business plan wont be a good idea.

Cheers

I don't know what is means for their reply letter!
Actually, I don't pass 67 points now even after last exam!

anyway, I can do small business like a shop.

Now, my e-case is "Received by visa office" but their reply for my enquiry might shows different.

@  Saki
Dear Saki,
I m reading your posts since several months as i found these very informative for new commers like me espacially who are still preparing to launch their applications.I appreciate your contribution. Thanks alot,Boss.
Further :i got my IELETS result which is not too good as i got score
in L=6.5, R=7, W=5.5,S=6.5,Total Band=6.5 .resulting in 12/16 points.(iss band nay to BAND BAJA DEE).
Now,my total score is becoming 69.
I m a pharmacist under NOC:3131.Want your expert opinion:should i retake Test again or submitt the application? should need to improve after,if necessary?
