English language points

HY, could any body can tell me that how many points a person can get in language category,if he/she give IELTS test and get band 6 or 6.5 in each module i,e reading,writing,speaking and listening.

Here is description of Bands according to EG7.PDF
Profeciency Level High Band 8, Profeciensy Level Moderate  Band 6, Profiencey Level Basic Band 4, less than that do not meet requirement.

Therefor Band 6.5 is less than 8, hence it will come in Moderate Profeciency.
