Hello everybody!

I am just starting to gather the documents for the Quebec application.
I would like to know if I need to submit the IELTS certificate since I have studied English at university, for 4 years, and I currently hold a degree in this subject, and I also work as an English professor.

I would really appreciate your help.

Hi
No matter what you studied or which nationality you are, IELTS is Mandatory....
Application will be returned if it doesnt have IELTS Test result, and it should not be more than 2 years old.
That is for FSW.
