England Certificates

Hi Everyone,
What is the chance of a Landed Immigrant with England Certificates
in Canadian Market. I have read a lot in this forum but seems that
the certificates were obtained from other part of the world and not England.
I have someone who migrated this year and got himself what i will call a "good job"
for a starter but he refered to it as "Survival Job"
He"s had series of interviews but nothing negative about his England Cert.
Can the Forum pls throw more light on this issue Pls.
Leon, Qourax, Rocky... other senior memebers ....i need a candid assesment of the situation plz
