hi friends
I applied for FSW to London Visa office June 2009
full doc sent june last week along with RPRF

medical request -august 15th--sent september 20
i understood from bank that they have encashed RPRF fee on the 26 th july

what does it signify senior members plz reply

All it means is that they cashed the draft, that is the first thing done.  It signifies nothing.

What is the chance that even after passport request it is declined?

FSW application: 15 Sep 2005, Medical Sent: 17 Sep 2009, Passprt Sent: 17 Sep 2009, NOC Code: 01222, Ecas staus changed to 'Decision Made' on 05 Oct 2009, Waiting for return of passport with Visa Stamp.
