Where do you want to work, with CIC or CBSA? (Gov't) or do you want to work as a consultant, which means you have to become a member of CSIC.http://www.csic-scci.ca/indexE.html

CBSA  http://www.jobs-emplois.gc.ca/fswep-pfete/student/index_e.htm
for students or http://www.psc-cfp.gc.ca/centres/empl_e.htm  for regular employment.

Thank-you for your reply,

I am interested in any area within this field that provides these services willing to work any where from  passport offices, airport, or any other agencies that provides services or have dealings with immigration. I understand that in order to work as a consultant I would have to go back to school and obtained additional training, would consder that opition in the future. Many of these jobs are government jobs I find it difficult to get in, and although I am always checking for new posting it gets very frustrating when nothing comes up. What other options do I have?
