Should I send the employment verification letters and transcripts with my application ?

Hi,
You should send Employment verification letter. If you do not want to tell your employer about your immigration you can send appointment letter, increment letters, etc.
There is no harm in Transcript, but degree is important.

Are you guys talking about the initial application?
If so, why should I enclose employment verification letter if it's not required?

While sending the initial application to Sydney, NS, no other documents except those listed on the CIC website are needed.
