Dear Members,
I would like to know what is the procedure of employment verification under new rules? since all the visa office documents related to employment are now sent to CIC so does that mean they are going to verify the employment instead of visa office? and after how much time CIC is giving 1st AOR in this new policy?
kindly reply

CIC is not going to verify the employment. When your file get transfered to local visa office, they are going to verify.

So following this line of thinking, it is possible that CIO may not even send out an AOR.  The documents will be sent directly to VO and they may be the first to send the AOR with request for Medicals when the other verifications are done.  Certainly would save CIO another bit of work.  What do others think?
