Hi,

I have 4 years of experience in Software development.I started my career with my previous employer
, i worked there for 2 years but due to certain unavoidable reasons i need to leave the
job and dont have releiving certificate from my previous employer.

I do have joining letters from previous and current employers , salary slips , confirmation letters,
bank statement. At the time of verification from immigration dept will my previous employer
record can be an obstacle although i do have proofs of work?

Thanks,
Kirat

To Claim points for all 4 years you must have submitted reference letters from both employers, if not then CHC may ask for clarification. For that keep all your documents ready that you have, like joining letter, salary slips, form 16, appraisal letter, training letter, appreciation letter etc...

There are chances that Employers may be contacted ( Slim chance of previous employer) so you should be ready from your side to clear any confusion in VO's mind

BTW what is your  NOC code and which Visa office have u applied to.

You should write an explanation letter explaining the situation. Give to a few people to read to make sure that anybody who reads will get the message and not misunderstand.
