Seniors, Please let me know about my questions on Employment Verification:
1. What percentage of Candidates will be verified by Visa Office?
2. Is there anyone who got PR without Employment Verification?
I have the above questions because, once my Manager gives reference letter, then there is a possible chance that he can leave the company or change his mobile number, before the verification call and not able to answer the call from Visa Office.
