My boyfriend needs to submit his employment letter as we are going to apply under common-law outland. But he has no idea what kind of employment letter to ask for. He has been with the same company for 30 years. Any hints and suggestions is greatly appreciated.

The employment letter should be from the HR department of his company. It should confirm that he is a full time employee of the company, how long he has been working with the company (or since when he has been working for them), his title and his salary.
