All employers are not co operative and don't have time to answer questions which doesn't mean business to them.......

i am very much thankful to the members of this forum for their help. My work place was closed on 1/7/2010 and i provided the letter of employment and my tax documents for the period i worked there. now i have sent the visa officer a new letter from the employer, my tax returns, group certificates, personal letter from me, letters from my previous work mates and their tax returns, new business card of my previous employer.

All inputs from the members are more than welcome. thankyou all.

Following are the words from the letter that i received from vo.

" I am now completing the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa. It appears that you mey not meet the requirements for immigration to canada.

After conducting verifications of your employment, i have credible information which indicates to me that your reference letter dated "may 2011" is not genuine. I am not therefore satisfied that you have the experience as claimed in the letter said to be writen and signed by XXXX( my ex employer) in may 2011. You are hereby given an opportunity to respond to this concern.

Before i make a final decision, you may submit additional information relating to this issue. If you choose not to respond with additional information i will make my decision based on the information before me, which may result in the refusal of your application.

I look forward to receiving your additional information.

**** please note that no verification call has been made to my ex employer. I think this a standard way to reconfirm my ex employment. Any suggestions forum members Huh.
