sir,

i already filed for pr and its in process now.

recently i found an employer willing to apply TO HRSDC to get positive labour opinion which normally takes 3-4 months.

my question is can an employer apply now to HRSDC when my immigration application is in process as whn i submitted application to CIC we normally mention tht ther is no arranged employment in the application.

suggestions needed..
