Hi,

I graduated from Diploma in Accounting (12-month program in UBC), and I came here in May 2006 for a different major which I did not complete, and I would like to apply for the BC PNP for residency.  I remember that I was told the employer must have at least 5 full-time staff before I am eligible to apply under the company.  Is this correct?

A potential company that I might be working for, has 2 full-time staff on payroll, and the others are contractors--does this mean that the company is not eligible to support my nomination?

Thanks!

Here is a link to the employer's eligibility according to BC PNP regulations:

It seems that you are more likely to apply under CEC than BC PNP.

Here is the link to the CIC info on CEC
