Hi,
AS in the checklist, there is the requirement of an Employement Contract, does it means the Offer Letter, that is provided to us on the first day of Joining.
If yes, then i would like to understand, what is I am not able to locate my Offer letter , shouldnt the Resignation Letter, the salary slips would suffice this requirement??
