Will it work if i will send certificate of the employement contract with al the details that i worked for the sompany, salary and so on, because i lost my copy of employment contract and my work place doesn't want to give me a new one with the stamp on it that it's real.

Isn't the copy of employment contract just a photocopy of the certificate of your employment contract?

Yes it will do, but VO might contact that employer confirming your employment with them.
