what if asked my employer to provide me a letter for proof. they could also say that i'm a valuable part of the company and my work permit will be expiring and i can't go on working for them.

You're not very clear about what you're trying to ask here.  Letter of proof of what - your genuine relationship?  And what does that have to do with you being a valuable part of the company and you can't go on working for them when your work permit expires??  Try again and maybe someone will be able to give you some advice.

If you are a valuable part of your employer, why  don't they renew  your work permit and why they agree you to leave?.
As what  Robsluv mentioned your post is really vague!

yes as proof of relationship. i'm sorry if it was vague. my bad. i mean like sending all other proofs as bank account, insurance and others. i'm a refugee that's why i wonder what will happen if my work permit expires at the end of july if my sponsorship is not done by then. i hope this is clear. thanks for your reply robsluv and wilson.
